4 Week Kettlebell and Nutrition Program

Kettlebells are a wonderful tool for exercising and ensuring that you are getting in a great, fat burning workout! This plan involves 4 days of workouts using only 2 KB’s. It can be done either at home or the gym. Of course if you are at home, I recommend 2 sets of KB’s – a lighter set and a heavier set!

This program is designed for all fitness levels. Nutrition is just a big a part of a healthy lifestyle as exercise, you will find an easy to follow nutrition plan inside your document as well!
