I am a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ISSA. I have always been interested in food and how it effects our bodies. We must feed our bodies appropriate fuel in order for it to run properly. This is where I come in. Together, we can create a plan that fits your goals and needs.
When you purchase a customized meal plan, you also receive a grocery list and recipe file. Your customized meal plan will come with 5 to 6 meals a day with about 4-5 options with each meal. Before we get started, I will have you fill out a questionnaire about your health history.
