Lauren Webster-Lauren and I have been friends since college and graduated from the same teaching program. She is an incredible mother, wife, and teacher! I have struggled with body image in the past, and I have never been confident. Micki wrote a meal and workout plan for me that is easy to follow and never leaves me feeling hungry. Edie Johnson-I have been working with Edie since January, 2015. Since then, she has made INCREDIBLE progress! This hard working lady is a full time Veterinarian and works  so hard. She MAKES time to get in her workouts and stay on track with her food. She has been so fun to work with and I can only imagine what else is to come!

Madison – I met Madison, a Division 1 athlete, who came in a handful of times to train at Viking Performance here in Morgantown, West Virginia. It didn’t take long to learn that this girl was a beast!  I was honored when she asked me to put together a meal plan that would help to give her the energy she needed to drive through her training sessions!

“Micki is amazing. She wrote me a program that helped me to lean up and give me more energy through my workouts as a D1 athlete. She was very quick to answer any question I had. She also is so motivating through text and is a great support system to have. Her meal plans are so individualized and easy to follow.  I appreciate the many options she provides for each meal so I’m not stuck eating the same thing over and over like most meal plans. Bryce Bohman-I met Bryce, a Professional Swimmer,  at Viking Performance a couple times while he was in for training. He had caught wind that I work a lot with nutrition and asked me to help him with a plan. I had never been more excited to get started on a plan because he was my first big athlete and even though I knew what to do, I still learned a lot. Man do swimmers eat A LOT!

Micki is one of the most caring and knowledgeable fitness nutrition specialists that I have had the pleasure of working with. She was able to help me adapt to my heavy training and busy travel schedule and make sure I’m getting the right fuel every day. It is truly a wonderful experience working with someone who is so passionate about her profession! Micki is truly a “treat” to work with!
